MINISTRIES
Men Department
This department consists of all men in the church. They help in assisting the church financially. They are the head and assume various responsibilities in the church.
Women Department
The women in our church have a very wonderful ministry, they are a veritable tool in the propagation of the work of God in this ministry.
They are supported by the young adult sisters who have drawn a wealth of experience from them. They are team players/prayers, they are an amiable group.
Young Adults and Singles Ministry (YASM)
We have a young but dynamic and formidable group of young people. They are professionally diverse and too committed to the work of God.
These are a group of young people who know that it is wise to do our father’s business while it is the day. They are being prepared to be the next generation of the church with full readiness to take leadership to the next level.
Teen's Church
This department oversees the spiritual and welfare needs of the teenagers in the church. They train them in line with the church doctrine. They work with the teens on developing opportunities for them and helping them learn more about God.
Children's Department
The bible says in Prov. 22:6 to “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. This is the focus of our dedicated children’s teachers. Our children ages 2 through 13 are taught the basics of the word of God here, and our teachers are dedicated to this cause. They use both audios, visual, and hands-on to push the word of God into the heart of our children.
To be part of this department, you must love working with children, go through the foundational trainings of this ministry, and you must be God-fearing and people-oriented person.
Choir/Music Department
The choir is the music arm of the church. They are ministers in line with the Preacher, the reason why membership to this group could require more scrutiny than in any other group. If you are gifted in singing and/or instrumentation, you could be on your way to making an impact in this group.
Our choir has grown tremendously in recent times. God is using this group to affect lives both within and outside the church.
The group is currently led by Bro. Chuka Anyiadiegwu. A brother with a passion for God’s work. Music is just what he does for praising God, and he does NICELY. The Intercessory Ministry
The Intercessory Ministry is the powerhouse of the church. The intercessors plan prayer times for the church and fasting, when necessary, they also join in organizing evangelism too. Members of this group are expected to be always ready when the holy spirit calls.
To be a member of this group you must be born again, you must have the desire to speak in tongues and be baptized in the holy spirit. You must have undergone the Believers’ Class and the Workers-in-Training. The group intercedes on behalf of members and engages in corporate prayers sections.
Protocol Department
This department is an arm of the church saddled with the responsibility of providing a hospitable and conducive environment for visiting Guest Ministers or Pastors (both Local and International) with the sole aim of making them feel at home.
They oversee the flight details and other logistics, hotel reservation or accommodation, provision of refreshment and food for the visiting Ministers or Pastors. The department also controls unwanted movement towards the altar during worship services.
Media Department
The media and publicity oversee visual and publication. they ensure that messages (in any form – songs, sermon, citations, etc.) are well presented to the understanding of the congregation. projection, publication, and video presentation are within their expertise.
Ushering Department
The Ushering Ministry is like the security arm of the church; the first to come in and the last to leave. They set up the church for service and welcome members as they come in.
They ensure the comfort of all members during services and make sure that service (both Sundays and special services) goes without a hitch. An Usher must be a people-oriented person, born again, always with a contagious smile to share with everyone.
He/she must have gone through the foundational classes of this ministry and must be baptized and filled with the holy spirit. An Usher should be ready to serve God and to serve other people.
